The area
OPILAZ is spread over more than 45 hectares in Corigliano, a village in the municipality of Sessa Aurunca, at an altitude of approx. 200 metres a.s.l. The estate runs alongside the Garigliano river, on the extinct crater of Roccamonfina known as the "Roccamonfina Garigliano River Mouth Park".
The olive grove and the oil
Much of the estate is planted with 14,000 olive trees producing the Itrana, Frantoio, Leccino, Sessanella and Pendolino varieties.
